LC-XD300 Low Position Output Depalletizer
This machine includes an in-stacking conveyor, a main unstacking unit, a paper pad collector, a pallet collector, and an out-bottle conveyor.

The forklift places the entire stack of glass bottles (cans) ready for unloading onto the input platform. The stack is then conveyed via the unloading chain to the unpacking platform. On the unpacking platform, operators remove the strapping and film securing the stack of bottles (cans). Finally, the unpacked stack is transported by the unloading chain to the unloading position.
The lifting mechanism of the host will descend to the topmost layer of the stack awaiting unloading. Once the sliding plate aligns with the bottom of the topmost layer of bottles, the upper clamping cylinder will secure the layer to be unloaded, while the lower clamping cylinder will clamp the layer beneath. The paper pad suction device will then rotate to pick up the paper pad and subsequently place it onto the collection platform. The sliding plate will initiate its movement, pushing the bottles (or cans) of the layer to be unloaded onto the buffer platform, after which the lower clamping cylinder will release.
The lifting mechanism descends to the height of the bottle (can) discharge conveyor. The sliding plate pushes the bottle (can) onto the discharge conveyor. The upper clamping plate cylinder releases, and the lifting mechanism raises to the high position. The conveyor starts, transporting the bottle (can) away. The lifting mechanism and sliding plate return to their original positions, initiating the next cycle.
After the entire stack is unloaded, the chain conveyor mechanism transports the empty pallets out, and the pallet accumulator automatically stacks the empty pallets. Once the set height is reached, the pallets are removed by a forklift.
The paper pads are removed by a forklift once the collection platform reaches the set height.
This device employs PLC + servo control to achieve intelligent operation and management, offering simplicity and ease of operation. It significantly reduces labor requirements and lowers workload intensity.
