Before Sales Services 

Young Chance Pack will adhere to the spirit of industry, provide pre-sale technical consultation for customers, and make scientific and reasonable overall layout planning of equipment layout, process flow and other systems according to the actual needs of the buyer, so as to make the whole plant system of your factory the most economical and effective.

Free for the buyer to arrive at Young Chance Pack production base for follow-up internship and training, in order to grasp the production line maintenance and maintenance technology in advance. Young Chance Pack provide accommodation and meals at our cost.  

Sales Services  

Young Chance Pack guarantees that the equipment and materials provided shall be state-of-the-art, brand-new and reliable, and shall be manufactured for the Seller. The seller provides complete and correct technology to ensure the successful installation, commissioning, production, performance testing, acceptance and long-term, normal and safe operation and maintenance of the production line.

Young Chance Pack guarantees that the technical personnel dispatched by the Seller are experienced and competent. During the installation, commissioning, trial production and performance test of the production line, any losses caused by the Seller's technical errors and incorrect guidance by the Seller's technical personnel shall be compensated by the Seller through repair, replacement or supplementation of equipment and materials and meet the requirements specified in the contract. The cost of cutting shall be paid by the seller.

Young Chance Pack delegate theoretical and technical training to buyer's operators until they are qualified, and guide them to run for one day free after acceptance.

After Sales Services

Young Chance Pack provides the services including on-site installation, preliminary test and technical training. We promises that the installation and commissioning of this machine will be completed within 30 hours when the external conditions are guaranteed. The technical training :

* General instruction of the equipment.

* Working procedure and related issues.

* Operation system and specification.

* Equipment operating and common trouble shooting.

* The main parameters and control points of the Equipment system.

* The function instruction of equipment control cabinet.

* The basic maintenance issue.

Young Chance Pack provides Lifetime Free Online Technical Service and Guidance. The commonly used consumable parts are not included in free warranty. To ensure the equipment working properly, we can also provide regular visiting for the whole inspection and checking.
